MICH/OEHLERS ART TRILOGY Screening

Opening (and closing) Titles of MFL (1999)

For the first time ever, the art film trilogy of composer Paul A. Oehlers and Chris Mich (that's me) is screening in order and in its entirety! The films that make up the trilogy - MFL (1999), Character (2002), and Made to Suffer (2004) - are part of the "Sound Garden" acoustic art exhibit at QVC Studio Park, hosted by the T.A.L.E.N.T. Art Affinity Group.

Character has previously screened at QVC Studio Park in a T.A.L.E.N.T. Exhibit last year. You can also screen Character at the previously listed link.

As a finalist in the official 2004 Star Wars Fan Film Festival, the experimental film
Made to Suffer (2004) was screened by George Lucas and shown at San Diego Comic-Con.

This is the first time all three films are screening in the same public exhibit. However, this isn't the first time MFL has screened on QVC grounds. In fact, MFL screened on QVC's broadcast in the early aughts during demos for flatscreen TVs. The first film in the series, MFL kickstarted the trilogy by screening in many venues around the world including the Berlin International Film Festival, at the REDCAT in LA, and on multiple PBS stations. And now, for the first time on Digging Star Wars, you can see it here!

Both employees and guests for LIVE shows and events at QVC Studio Park can visit the "Sound Garden" exhibit for FREE. Employees can also access, watch, and listen to the exhibit remotely.

Once again, thanks to QVC and the T.A.L.E.N.T. group for hosting our films!
